to focus on improving the retention of Small and Medium Business (SMB) users and accounts while boosting conversion rates to paying subscribers. This role is critical in optimizing the user journey and ensuring sustained growth and engagement within the SMB segment.

o:Develop and implement strategies to improve SMB user and account retention.Create and optimize engagement campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and other channels to keep users active and satisfied.Design and execute initiatives to increase conversion rates from free users to paid subscribers.Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights (e.g. campaign performance, in product behavior, and qualitative feedback) to continuously improve conversion tactics and user experience.Identify and define target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across our products for SMB customers.Analyze and map out the SMB user journey to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.Track and analyze key performance metrics related to retention and conversion.Prepare regular reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Develop and execute a content strategy that supports retention and conversion goals, including the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, articles, webinars, and newsletters.Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, relevant content tailored to the SMB segment.Drive multimedia content initiatives, with a focus on short-form videos, tutorials, and other visual content to engage and educate users.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts in driving user retention and conversion.Partner with external agencies and vendors to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.What You Need:3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably within the SMB segment.Proven track record of improving user retention and boosting conversion rates in a SaaS or tech environment.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and A/B testing.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.IO, Braze, Marketo).Experience in content strategy and creation, particularly in crafting engaging and relevant content for different stages of the user journey.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.Experience mark eting emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning)Proven experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies across diverse geographical marketsTeam attitude: “I am not done until WE are done”Embody our core values:
