Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? A&A Global is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Creative Services team in crafting eye-catching visuals for both print and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an emerging designer to develop their skills and contribute to a wide range of projects, from product packaging to social media campaigns. The person who will succeed in this position will:Balance aesthetics and speed to provide packaging and marketing designs for items sold on aaglobal.com and kokos.com.Be able to think visually, envision a project from beginning to end, and make judgments and decisions critical to project completion.Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication in a business environment.Responsibilities:Create logos, marketing pieces, vector illustrations, product packaging, and other visual assets as needed.Produce fun, exciting, visually appealing designs to showcase our products and their functions.Manage multiple concurrent projects based on understanding the company’s prioritization needs.Respond quickly and professionally to comments and required revisions.Liaise with stakeholders of each project to ensure proper message transmission.Follow written and verbal project directions and meet deadlines.Utilize our naming conventions and established file organization systems.Assist the company with special design projects and other duties as assigned.Work Environment and Schedule:Hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday.Office is in Cockeysville, MD, between I-83 and York Rd, 0.08 miles from Warren Rd Light Rail stop. We are looking for local candidates only.Pay and Benefits:Pay will be $19- $20 per hour based on experience and portfolio.Competitive benefits package including medical/vision/dental in 90 days.Paid Personal Days off for the first year.Both Personal and Vacation Days are available after the first year.Small on-site gym available for use during lunch hours.Company is established (1938!), stable, and growing.Casual dress code, great co-workers, and fun products!When you apply, please include a link or URL for your online portfolio.
