You will assist with the planning and execution of events, ensuring that promotional activities run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and activitiesSupport event setup, including arranging materials and equipmentEngage with event attendees to promote client brands and gather feedbackHelp coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and staff coordinationDistribute promotional materials and manage event booths or stationsMonitor event activities to ensure they align with promotional objectivesProvide administrative support, including tracking event budgets and preparing reportsCollaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new promotional strategies

Qualifications:
