The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 4 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking an entry level Graphic/Multimedia Design Specialist for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will design and develop graphic/multimedia tools in support of company communications efforts, both internally and externally. They will also design and develop graphics and illustrations for company documents and presentations. Additionally, the Graphic/Multimedia Specialist will develop and maintain knowledge of production techniques and resources.Job Responsibilities

Create and update Land Systems’ marketing collateral (datasheets, brochures, marketing videos)Develop display graphics, signage, and looped presentations for TradeshowsCreate electronic and printed posters, banners, and handouts used for internal communicationsCreate cover artwork and internal graphics for proposalsAssist with in-house printing as neededSupport graphics requests from other departments and/or Corporate MarketingProvide graphic design support for promotional products/giveaways orders as neededServe as the primary photographer for customer visits, product shots, and special eventsMaintain a photo library of approved images for use in external presentationsMay collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the company to implement communications strategiesMay be required to interface with senior management and project teamsAdhere to company guidelines and guidance on all communication and branding related activitiesSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationQualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with managing large print/production a plusExperience with photography a plusCandidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and a team playerMust be able to collaborate with othersOutstanding organizational, planning and execution skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsTaking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
