Straight Arrow News is looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer and Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this position you will play an integral role in tracking key metrics, budgeting, paid media strategies and ROI. We are looking for someone who embraces the entrepreneurial spirit, loves a good deal and can handle the demands of a fast-growing startup. You will work cross-functionally with Influencer, Marketing, Social Media, and Senior Leadership teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with business goals.Primary Responsibilities

DIPLOMACY:

Draft influencer contracts. Work with Influencer Marketing Strategist on negotiations and revisions to contracts. Ensure compliance with regulations and laws governing influencers and sponsored content.ANALYSIS:

Generate reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness.BUDGETING:

Manage influencer marketing budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for both influencer and paid media activities.PLANNING:

Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer campaigns. As well as plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.Required Skills

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred4+ years of professional experience in social media and/or influencer relationsProficiency in using analytics tools and understanding social media trendsExperience managing small teams of 2-3 peopleAbility to keep workload organized, produce accurate and quality work, set priorities, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlinesExperience analyzing data and delivering on KPIsProven track record in both influencer marketing and managing paid media campaigns
