Overview

The Content Coordinator is responsible for collecting, producing, and posting engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent photography, videography, and production skills, and display a proven social media savvy. In addition, the Content Coordinator is also responsible for other marketing projects as assigned. The Content Coordinator must ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or above. This is an on-site position which requires weekend availability.Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Capture and produce video and photo content that highlights Loon.Utilize digital asset management tools to ensure easy access to content after creation.Update website and social media channels with pertinent mountain operations information and timely photo and video content.Assist with photo and video shoots as assigned.Assist Communications Manager with media-related duties including organizing media visits, press tours, etc.Support other resort departments with photo and video assets when needed.Drone Certificate Preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Loon Mountain guests at all times.Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.Report accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.Drive in accordance with the law and Loon Mountain policies.Ski or snowboard at an intermediate or advanced ability level.Ski or snowboard within the suggested routes while on the clock unless asked otherwise by immediate supervisor.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
