Experienced Senior Product Designer OpportunityExperience Requirement:A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital experiences in agency, startup, or early-stage product environments, with a preference for new-to-market products.Qualifications:Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, partnering strategically with product managers and engineers.Ability to translate insights and data into design decisions that impact product and business strategies.Expertise in creating successful and engaging experiences across various platforms like iOS, Android, and Mobile web.Demonstrated experience in managing other designers through hands-on mentorship and leading by example.Strong skills in UX, information hierarchy, and customer journey mapping.Excellent visual design competency with high attention to detail.Capability to quickly iterate and generate multiple concepts and solutions.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend the rationale behind design decisions.Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and Jira.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with team leads and internal stakeholders to develop empathetic, simple, and human-centric design solutions that shape our product experience.Work with fellow designers to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for consumer-facing websites and mobile apps, considering user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.Take ownership of product features through launch, ensuring the delivery of meaningful and high-quality experiences.Contribute to the development, utilization, and maintenance of a design system that ensures a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile apps.Foster innovation by asking insightful questions, taking risks, and advocating for new ideas to enhance the user experience.Provide and seek feedback from other designers, product management, and engineering teams during regular reviews and standups.Engage in design workshops to explore creative solutions for identified problems and opportunities based on research and data.Join us to make a significant impact on our product's user experience and drive innovation within our organization.Employment Type:
