The Role

We're looking for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our vibrant Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll report to the Revenue Operations Manager and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer. We're seeking someone with a solid background in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics, especially with Salesforce and Pardot. Your role will be crucial in refining our marketing processes, boosting lead generation, and guiding data-driven decisions.

While we're open to remote candidates, we prefer applicants located in or near the Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC) for in-person collaboration and to make the most of our Durham office.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Management: Oversee and enhance the Salesforce/Pardot platform to run email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and lead scoring models. Manage and integrate other marketing tools like ZoomInfo, Bombora, G2, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Zapier to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution. Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to support prospects through the sales funnel.

CRM Integration: Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and Pardot, maintaining data integrity and synchronization. Work with the sales team to align marketing and sales processes, improving lead handoff and tracking.

Campaign Execution: Partner with the Content, Web, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are planned, executed, tracked, and analyzed effectively. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.

Data Management and Analysis: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and Pardot, including lead and contact information, campaign tracking, and reporting. Analyze marketing data to gauge effectiveness and find areas for improvement.

Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular reports on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Offer data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies and meet business goals.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a SaaS environment.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot, with a strong grasp of marketing automation and CRM best practices.

Familiarity with additional marketing tech stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, G2, Bombora, Qualified, Zapier).

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.

Experience With Google Analytics And Other Web Analytics Tools.
