Lehi, Utah - Hybrid (Salary $130,000-$135,000)Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating paid digital marketing campaigns? AudioEye is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to support the revenue marketing team in effectively creating and capturing demand across all paid digital channels. This position focuses on developing high-performing campaigns for paid search, paid social, and other paid channels to create pipeline and revenue.How you’ll Contribute:Deliver high-quality sales opportunities focused on Enterprise and Mid-Market segments to fill sales’ pipeline and contribute to revenue goals.Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across all paid channels (including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others) to create and capture demand.Own our paid strategy to distribute content to engage and educate our buyers.Work with our content team to identify and produce the content required for paid programs (ads, landing pages, guides, etc.).Partner closely with other channel managers to build coordinated campaigns.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all paid channels.Manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency.Monitor and own key KPI’s to take a data-driven approach to building and optimizing campaigns.Who you are:5 years’ experience in a B2B technology company with Enterprise experience required.In-depth understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads required.Proactive, scrappy, curious, energetic, self-starter who thrives on getting stuff done.Track record of launching successful B2B campaigns and driving qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.Strong analytics and quantitative skills to measure and optimize marketing programs.Our Values:Relentlessly Prioritize the Customer.Own Outcomes.Be Straightforward.Act Now & Iterate.Grit.Decide with Data.Hire and Develop A Players.Be Coachable.Organize and Plan.Expect and Embrace Change.Benefits and Perks:Work with a talented but humble team.Competitive compensation and equity.Weekly paid family meal.401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible and Generous PTO Policy: If you feel you need a break to recharge, we encourage you to take it!15.5 company-paid holidays including Juneteenth, MLK Day and a 1-week company shut down.To support remote work conditions, AudioEye provides each employee a one-time stipend of $300.Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification.
