The primary role is to coordinate, execute, and manage the marketing activities as it relates to Americaneagle.com's lower tier partnerships.The role of the Partner Marketing Specialist will be to build and maintain existing relationships with current lower tier partners; help develop and define business relations and strategies; support partner marketing campaigns and events. In addition, they will be responsible for supporting and cultivating new customer leads by networking, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential business partners for the purpose of driving new business. This role will work in close collaboration with the entire Partner team, as well as the entire Marketing team. It is crucial to understand the activities being done and ensure these activities are generating an ROI that makes sense for the organization.Responsibilities:

Oversee all marketing efforts related to assigned group of top tier partners.Support the building, maintaining, and expanding of our partner relationships to drive revenue growth.Develop and execute Partner Marketing plans and overall business plans.Develop and execute partner lead generation ideas and sponsorships in collaboration with the Marketing team (i.e. webinars, email campaigns, events, trade shows, etc.).Analyze and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Develop partner messaging and presentations.Manage the creation of partner collateral in conjunction with internal and external teams (case studies, sell-sheets, blogs, whitepapers, etc.).Coordinate internal L&L events and sales enablement events for business critical partners.Handle partner marketing escalations internally and externally.Manage MDF spending and maximize earnings and ROI within partner MDF ecosystems.Support partner directors related to marketing opportunities with lower tier partners.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.Drive brand awareness throughout the lower tier partner organizations, particularly within the executive group and sales organization, to initiate net new opportunities.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1+ year of experience in a marketing/advertising related role (at an agency, a plus!).Ability to execute a campaign from start to finish.Strong project management and planning skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.Experience with budgeting and planning at a department level.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel if needed.Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
