Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, developing marketing materials, and managing our brand image. You will also be instrumental in analyzing business proposals, contributing to business development strategies, and managing our company's social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute marketing plans including digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement branding strategies.

Generate print and digital marketing materials and proposals in line with company brand.

Analyze RFQ/RFPs to facilitate business development decisions.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve the marketing and business development process.

Research and propose recommendations for award submittals, and manage the submission process.

Maintain a consistent brand image both internally and externally, managing brand assets and marketing collateral.

Coordinate photography for in-progress and completed projects and develop marketing strategies based on these.

Manage the company's website in coordination with external service providers.

Utilize skills and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and various social media platforms for marketing activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is necessary

Experience with Marketing Communication, Marketing Content, and Marketing Material is required

Extensive knowledge in Corporate Social Media and Social Media Campaigns is a must

Ability to create engaging Social Media Content across various Social Platforms

Proficiency in handling LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Insights for marketing purposes is required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns

Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies

Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team

Excellent problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.
