We are a global leader, with hubs in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.As a SEM/SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an in-depth organic growth strategy for Extreme’s web properties, social, email, paid, etc. This position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive organic performance of all public-facing domains by translating opportunities and value into a tactical roadmap. Additionally, the Analyst will work closely with CMS/IT teams to document and fix technical SEO issues found during audits.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (or higher)3+ years of experience in SEO (includes analysis, recommendations, implementation)3+ years of experience using Google Search Console, SEMRUSH, Conductor, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO reporting toolsStrong knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics with the ability to analyze data, create reports using Tableau and Power BI dashboardsGood understanding of web development principles and web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Sitecore experience is a plusExperience with project management systems such as Jira and Monday.comExperience working and collaborating with external teams such as web development and contentPrimary Responsibilities:Accountable for the ongoing SEO performance of a portfolio of websites, monitors campaign performance, and executes daily operations leveraging tools like SEMRUSH and Google Search Console to support search engine crawlability, keyword ranking, and click-through performance of organic search results.Perform website technical audits and identify areas of opportunity for SEO, creating data visualization reports using Tableau and Power BI to articulate performance and communicate key insights on business performance.Partner with segment stakeholders to fully understand their products, services, customers, and unique business objectives. Present recommendations to educate segment stakeholders using available data to support analysis and cultivate awareness.Champion SEO best practices within the enterprise and stay informed of the latest trends in SEO, researching and analyzing trends/performance data to identify opportunities for program improvements and enhancements.Responsible for creating SEO content templates to guide new content creation that performs well in search at launch.Providing hands-on support for content updates and working within an agile marketing team to manage a backlog of prioritized tasks.Extreme Networks, Inc.
