NOTE: We are not looking for a UI/UX Developer for this position.POSITION SUMMARYThe User Experience Specialist role focuses on capturing the unique personality and needs of some of the nation’s largest brands, to provide tailored solutions across our proprietary e-commerce platform.User Experience Specialists within our National Accounts division provide direction and support to oversee the successful launch and ongoing site maintenance of e-commerce solutions for multi-unit food service clients. This consultative role combines aspects of marketing, web development, and project management to deliver creative solutions that include the design, development, and implementation of customer sites. The User Experience Specialist is responsible for building relationships with CNA customers to identify their unique branding needs and provide a tailored solution across our proprietary e-commerce platform.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Assist in the creation of marketing and branding elements for client sites, including banner ads, promotional marketing campaigns, and custom themes, to align with each brand’s personalityParticipation in the

onboarding

and

post-launch maintenance

processes, seeing new clients through from the signed partnership agreement to the full launch of CNA client sites, ensuring full satisfaction of their unique user experience.This includes, but is not limited to:Ongoing maintenance of client sites, marketing elements, and catalogs as client needs evolve throughout the partnershipCreation of the client’s custom site elements, including list tools such as Order Guides, Project Builders, and Specialized PagesCoordination of all user account information and hierarchy setup needsTroubleshooting as platform issues are presentedCollaborating with Clark’s Development team to continuously improve the platform while conceptualizing and implementing new, innovative functionality:Working with internal parties (ex. Development, Content, Procurement) as issues ariseSubmission of PBIs, impediments, and bugs found across QuickSupplyParticipate in external client conversations to lend expertise, as opportunities arise.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in related marketing or project management role.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/suite of Products desired.Creative mindset required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understandingStrong emotional intelligence is required with the ability to connect with others in person and remotelyDemonstrated passion for design and marketingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamProficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working in a high-tech environmentService leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligenceLANGUAGE SKILLSBusiness Proficiency in English is requiredWORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.This role may work in an office setting and/or telecommute from home.
