Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships will play a leadership role in managing and growing iHerb’s Brand Partnership Marketing efforts. This position is instrumental in developing and maintaining iHerb’s vendor relationships and will work closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create and execute custom marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for iHerb’s top brands.

Job ExpectationsDevelop, strategize, and execute co-op campaigns from ideation to post-campaign analysisManage initiatives and day-to-day execution by working cross-functionally with our marketing (promotions, international, influencers, social media, operations, paid etc.) and merchandising teamsImprove and increase co-op initiatives, vendor-driven marketing budgets, and the overall programSupport the Marketing team to monitor KPIs such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ad performance, and revenue from co-op campaignsPerform analysis on key business metrics to evaluate success and identify growth opportunitiesConduct competitive landscape/marketing plan analysis for vendorsPrepare presentations for vendor meetings and executive reviewsOversee and facilitate team's deadlines, deliverables, and processes to ensure successful, on-time co-op campaign executionRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledgeable of various Marketing strategies and tactics and able to speak to the department's capabilitiesHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high efficiency and strong project management skillsProven experience in negotiating with vendors and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesStrong understanding of brand development and the ability to create strategies that enhance brand presence and growthProficient in building out Google Slides presentations that are succinct, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines; and comfortable with presenting to vendors and executivesStrong ability to perform detailed analysis of business metrics to drive informed decision-makingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsComfortable performing in a very high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilitiesSelf-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independentlyEquipment KnowledgeHigh aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and AsanaExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferredExperience with Asana or similar project management platformsExperience RequirementsGenerally requires a minimum 5-7+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in Partnership Marketing, Media Planning, Paid Media/Digital Advertising, Project Management within Marketing or similar.Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.About IHerbiHerb is on a mission to make health and wellness accessible to all.
