Marketing Manager / Director

for their organization. This is a dynamic, newly created role for an entrepreneurial driven organization that is growing rapidly. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Executive Management team and play a critical role in the overall marketing strategy for the organization. Client is seeking a driven individual with a strong background in public relations, digital marketing, brand management, and general marketing strategy to drive the company's brand awareness and support its sales efforts.Duties would include:Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.Implement brand guidelines and ensure brand integrity in all communication materials.Collaborate with internal teams to align branding strategies with product launches and marketing campaigns.Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to evolve and strengthen the brand over time.Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.Take charge of all social media outlets, developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.Write and edit press releases that convey the Company and CEO's vision, ensuring clear and effective communication of key messages.Draft statements and responses to inquiries from the media, stakeholders, and the public.Develop and own the public communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.Foster positive relationships with media outlets and key influencers.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's outside sales initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and promote brand loyalty.Other special projects as assigned by management.Qualifications:Bachelors in Business - preferably Marketing.5+ years of Marketing experience with focus on PR, digital marketing, brand management, and strategy.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong leadership skills.Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Family Office / Private Equity / Start Up experience is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding energetic team that has ambitious goals.
