Since the acquisition, the Company has doubled the number of brands under management and is committed to continued, rapid profitable growth.A few of the Company’s many Accolades and AwardsAbout the JobThe Marketing Coordinator is a strategic and collaborative role that will support the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and campaigns and driving engagement across multiple channels. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate marketing activities, manage content creation, and assist with various projects to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.Essential Job Functions:Content Creation

Develop weekly emails to engage audience and promote brand messages.Book local photo shoots in Snappr platform and coordinate details to ensure timely and effective content creation.Coordinate with franchisees to schedule and organize ad-hoc content shoots. Develop shot lists for photography and videography to support marketing campaigns and product launches.Create and manage creative tickets with graphic design team to facilitate the production of marketing materials.

Campaign Management

Coordinate review and feedback process on creative presentations, ensuring all team inputs are sourced and creative best practices & performance are considered.

Content Management

Label and upload files, organize folders, and maintain marketing assets on internal platforms.Source and provide brand assets, such as logos, images, videos, and promotional materials, to internal teams for use in various projects and communications.Coordinate and manage content development for internal newsletter, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative and logistical support during meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field2+ years of marketing or relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented and extremely organizedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong curiosity and eagerness to learnAbility to work in a team environmentPreferred:Experience with Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Content ShootsExperience with Canva and content creation is a plusTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
