Since the acquisition, the Company has doubled the number of brands under management and is committed to continued, rapid profitable growth.A few of the Company’s many Accolades and AwardsAbout the JobThe Local Area Marketing and Vendor Relations Senior Manager will work closely with multiple internal constituents, including each of the Brand Marketing teams, the Digital Marketing team, and cross-functional partners. This associate will be a primary point of contact for all vendor/agency partnerships.This role will be responsible for delivering strategies, tactics, and partners who maintain a high level of local area marketing performance for all HFC brands’ franchisees. This role will contribute to establishing new processes and organizational structures to best deliver against franchisee needs.ResponsibilitiesLocal Area Marketing

Serve as the expert of Local Area Marketing for the brands in the organizationDevelop a consistent Local Area Marketing strategy for the portfolio of brandsContribute to the development of the business model and strategy for establishing an internal LAM consulting groupEstablish consistent and efficient processesIdentify opportunities for reaching higher levels of performance via Local Area MarketingEnable compliance processes to hold franchisees accountable for their requirementsCross functional collaboration (IT, Analytics, Brand teams, NAF Media, etc. etc.)Establish and be accountable for measurable KPIsMonitor and analyze the performance of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.Ad Hoc projects as needed

Partner with Director to own all elements of Marketing vendor partnershipsContribute to the Strategy for Vendor Management and AdoptionEstablish Vendor Adoption Goals and MetricsBe a primary point of contact for vendors and any vendor-related questionsManage existing contracts and work with Legal on contracting of new partnersIdentify areas to introduce new partners (for improved performance, fill a gap in needs, etc)Establish and be accountable for measurable KPIsAnalyze and interpret performance data/ KPIsConduct RFPs for new partnersEstablish processes and enforce compliance for approved and unapproved vendors (for shared and brand-specific vendors)Continuous performance evaluation and managementWork closely with vendors to optimize campaigns to drive desired performance KPIs.Lead ongoing vendor performance meetings and QBRs as needed.Develop systems and processes to track performanceAd Hoc projects as neededSkillsProject managementStrongly prefer franchise experienceAbility to analyze and interpret dataExperience managing agency/ vendor partnersUnderstanding of media landscapeAbility to manage new processes and structureUnderstanding of/ experience with managing co-op programsHighly proactive, self-starter individual who can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, and maintain great relationships.Collaborative/ team playerOrganized, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, see the big picture and escalate issues appropriatelyStrong communication and influencing skillsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsCreative and problem-solving mindsetAbility to thrive in a matrixed organizationOtherBased in Flower Mound TX, 777 International ParkwayAbility to travel (estimated 20%)5+ years’ experienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
