This is a remote position.As our SEO lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies that go beyond the basics, driving significant results for our clients. We’re looking for someone who doesn't just focus on the standard practices like H tags and meta descriptions, but who truly understands how to leverage data, collaborate with developers, and implement high-impact strategies.Responsibilities:Implementing advanced SEO strategies focused on raising domain authority.Driving local SEO and local lead generation, with a particular emphasis on optimizing Google Business Profiles (understanding of Google Maps API is a big plus as local lead gen is our MAIN service).Collaborating closely with our developers to ensure technical SEO is integrated seamlessly.Utilizing and analyzing data to inform and refine SEO strategies.Implementing advanced backlinking strategies.Collaborating with the Content Team/Director to create engaging content and processes using AI tools, including ChatGPT.Conducting comprehensive keyword research using tools like SEMrush.Performing in-depth competitor analysis.Executing on-page SEO for both WordPress and Wix sites.Conducting thorough site audits and efficiently implementing necessary changes.Experience with advanced SEO techniques and AI tools is essential.Experience with Facebook and Meta Business Suite is a plus.Requirements
Requirements:Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced techniques.Expertise in raising domain authority and local SEO strategies.Experience with WordPress and Wix platforms.Ability to collaborate with developers to enhance technical SEO.Strong data analysis skills to continuously improve SEO efforts and leverage data to make decisions.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a passion for innovation in the SEO and local SEO space, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We’re seeking someone who is not just satisfied with implementing basic SEO practices, but is driven to push boundaries. Overall, a leader who is ready to help build and lead a team.
