What’s yours?Position OverviewWorking closely with Trade Marketing & IT teams, the Associate will plan, manage, and execute sales activation projects to support brand building initiatives, new product launches, and customer-specific marketing programs. The Associate should have a good understanding of the marketing funnel, possess project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly into the Manager, Marketing Communications.What you'll doPartner with the Marketing Manager to develop cross-channel marketing strategies for all campaigns and projects. Define communication strategy and partner with the Creative team to bring to life at every consumer touchpoint.Execute go-to-market plans for new product development, supporting all Sales Activation related activations alongside cross-functional partners.Manage and execute marketing campaigns, developing creative ways to drive brand growth.Provide constructive feedback on marketing content, images, and other graphical elements to ensure campaign deliverables are cohesive and within brand guidelines.Partner with Trade Marketing to optimize brand presence on retailer sites and plan and execute national and retailer-specific marketing plans that drive brand preference and purchase online.Participate in broader cross-functional marketing meetings and strategy sessions.Support Product Ownership of LEVOLOR.com. Conduct competitor and market analysis. Analyze and optimize digital performance. Seek ways to improve consumer experience.Coordinate digital asset delivery and UAT of site enhancements with IT.Utilize project workflow and proofing tools for job tracking and department accountability.Contact and assist vendors when needed to ensure projects are executed properly.Be a Brand Steward – ensure all communication is in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone, and strategy.Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Use ethical business practices in dealing with customers, coworkers, vendors, suppliers, and the community.All other duties as assigned.Who you areBA/BS in Marketing or equivalent related work experience.3-5 years experience in a brand marketing role with demonstrated success in managing full funnel campaigns.Experience managing agencies and vendors.Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing programs.Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficient knowledge of Excel.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a challenge and continuous learning.Consumer goods experience activating a brand in a retail store environment preferred.Experience with Workfront (workflow & proof), and Widen DAM are a plus.Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for getting things done.What's in it for youAnnual base salary range: $79,000.00- $89,000.00.Bonus target range: 10-20%.A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth.Time off with pay.401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching.Paid parental leave.Wellness programs and product discounts.Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills, and potential.#LI-hybridHunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
