Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Aligns with the vision, mission, business objectives and targets of the Company.

Leads collaboration with Division Heads, project managers, coordinators, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners to drive growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.

Plans and manages the annual marketing budget and forecasts results.

Creates a marketing framework with defined processes, including methods and procedures (M&Ps).

Monitors and manages performance and financial KRAs and KPIs of the Marketing Team.

Leads planning, creation, and distribution of marketing and branding collaterals to complement the overall marketing strategy.

Conducts outreach to potential partners, establishes partnerships, coordinates activities, and nurtures relationships.

Creates, implements, and updates the marketing and branding stylebook, cascading updates to stakeholders for compliance.

Understands industry standards, best practices, and technology trends to enhance the Company’s marketing efforts.

Employs data gathering, analytics, automation, and new technologies to optimize digital efforts, such as SEM, SEO, and PPC.

Establishes and manages third-party vendors of digital marketing services for the Company.

Plans and executes the creation of compelling marketing collaterals, including web content, social media content, case studies, blogs, and animations to engage audiences.

Develops and maintains relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to identify media exposure opportunities.

Leads strategic planning and execution of crisis management.

Plans, executes, monitors, and measures the success of corporate events, such as webinars, exhibits, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Performs other tasks assigned by the CEO or their delegate.

Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Mass Communications, Journalism, Digital Arts, or a related field is preferred.

At least five years of experience as an end-to-end marketing manager, chief marketing strategist, or in a similar role.

Marketing experience in a network engineering, cybersecurity, or related product/service company is preferred.

Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Amenability to work on European Time (CET).

Pay:

Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

8 hour shift
