This is a remote position.This job is open to Filipino and Colombian candidates. Schedule: Part-time (~20 hours per week) Client Timezone: US Central Time.This growing baby store retailer needs help expanding their e-commerce presence by publishing products from their point-of-sale system to their Shopify online store. You'll be working with a passionate small business owner to help drive online sales. As our Ecommerce Publishing Assistant, you will be the key driver in helping us bring our in-store products online to delight customers. You'll work closely across multiple systems to create, enrich and publish product data. If you love organizing information and enabling great shopping experiences, this could be a great fit.Responsibilities
- Create new products in Lightspeed point-of-sale system- Add product details like size tags, descriptions, and UPCs in Lightspeed- Publish products from Lightspeed to Shopify online store- Enrich product data in Shopify, like adding color tags, style tags, brand values tags- Upload product images to Shopify and remove backgrounds as needed using CanvaRequirements
- Passion for ecommerce and some existing experience with product data- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills- Comfortable asking clarifying questions and desire to learn- Basic skills with image editing tools like Canva- Overlapping availability with US Central TimezonePermanently work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobA fair and competitive salary based on industry standards
