The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for applying their functional knowledge of finance to create and optimize practices and processes with a focus on supporting 7 For All Mankind (7FAM) direct-to-consumer channels. This role will be responsible for areas such as forecasting, budgeting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reviewing operational performance. 7FAM is part of the DGUSA portfolio of businesses, which operates across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Retail teams to update monthly sales and expense forecasts for 7 For All Mankind’s retail network and e-commerce sales channelsPrepare detailed forecasts of headcount requirements and costs for 7FAM storesAssist in the month-end process by reviewing/recording journal entries, providing supporting analysis files, and distributing budget updates to various departments.Compare actual financial results against the previous month’s forecast and budget, and explain variances for 7FAM’s retail and e-commerce channelsCreate monthly and quarterly Financial projection reports with sales, margin, and expense analysis for Delta’s senior management.Partner with division heads to review the past month’s performance and discuss future forecasts in monthly conference calls.Create annual budgets for the divisions, including preparation of board presentations.Perform various special projects when required from Delta Israel and DGUSA finance teams.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years related experience, preferably in retail/wholesale and inventory planningStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), able to work with multiple linked files, complex formulas, etc.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksStrong organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detailFamiliarity with sales and inventory costing, journal entries, and general ledger analysisAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate in a matrix environmentTeam player and problem solver in a demanding deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communicationCalculated risk taker

HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day work from home.
