Main responsibilities

Develop budgets, prospect new suppliers, and propose creative ideas and solutions for co-marketing project activations with international partners.Develop the marketing strategy and allocate co-investments with Compass UOL's international partner.Deeply study the solutions developed by Compass UOL in collaboration with the partner, acting as the bridge between technical teams and the marketing team.Oversee the end-to-end execution of the plan with the creation, events, performance, and press advisory teams, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.Manages contact points with the partner concerning the operation of the marketing strategy, fiscal documentation, and allocation of the annual budget in demand generation activities.Continuously monitor project KPIs and present performance reports.Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfactionForecasts market trendsProvides analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications teamHelps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience, in line with Corporate MarketingAnalyzes sales and marketing key performance indicatorsEnsures marketing strategies align with overall local business strategy, and with Corporate guidelines

Requirements and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events;Experience with digital marketing;Experience in marketing planning;Knowledge of online media metrics;Creative thinker and data-driven;Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail;In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;Fluency in English;Based in US;Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is preferred.
