The DRC Project Office is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing a large-sized portfolio of engagements and cost-effective services contributing to partners' sustainable results and achievement of UNOPS management results.The DRC Project Office manages a portfolio of over $256 million, with 21 projects across diverse sectors and service types, and over 100 personnel. The office has a strong business and partner opportunity pipeline, requiring its consolidation into firmed and signed engagements to reach double or triple its current portfolio.The DRC Country Manager may represent the DRC Project Office in inter-regional and inter-governmental meetings, serving as the internal coordination point for UNOPS activities related to the Great Lakes Region, South African Development Community (SADC), and Central African Forest Initiative (CAFI).The Country Manager (DRC) reports to the CDMCO Director who provides strategic direction.Education:
