As

Project Marketing Manager

you will work with the DLC Corporate Marketing team and be the

on-the-ground marketing partner

based at the Taymouth Castle Golf & Sport Club, in Kenmore, Scotland, helping to develop and execute the project sales and marketing programme. This standalone role

leads

and

delivers

the day-to-day marketing requirements at the project and works closely with the sales, development, and operational teams to support each stage of the development’s lifecycle.

Taymouth Castle Golf and Sport Club

is Discovery Land’s second European private members-only golf & sport community. Nestled between two national parks and at the head of Loch Tay in Kenmore, Perthshire, the club incorporates several land estates and is rich in history with dramatic views and the offer of endless adventures.

This private lifestyle-driven community will offer 125 residences, a world-class golf course and practice facility, wellness and recreation facilities, a range of outdoor pursuits as well as a refurbished 19 th

century castle to offer a clubhouse with a range of food & beverage outlets and indoor activities when fully established. The Club also offers additional facilities at Glenlyon, a nearby farm and mountain estate. This role requires expertise in marketing strategy, well-developed cross-departmental project management and digital acumen, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, exemplary organisational skills, discipline and creativity, and a desire to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team. Candidates must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balance a variety of roles within the organisation, and be able to establish and foster effective working relationships with internal teams, potential members, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

brand and marketing expertise

within DLC and

property initiatives

such as collateral development, communications, event planning, and overall presentation

Develop a

marketing plan

and

corresponding budget

using data-driven KPI’s to align and support sales initiatives across DLC marketing channels

Regular

CRM system input and reporting

dashboards, analyze data and provide insightful reporting to support sales and marketing strategy

Collaborate with the sales team and corporate marketing team to

drive engagement

and strategy implementation in

current and new markets

Demonstrate

critical thinking across departments

to strategically connect marketing initiatives and implementation

Project manage

print and digital asset creation

and management

Support

writing and communication

projects

Manage

CMS and listing inventory on project website

to ensure it is always up to date.

Coordinate

photography and videography

for the project

Social media management

On-site support and coordination of

corporate-led events

Oversee inventory and assets for

digital sales tools and resources

Oversee new

product launch material

development and design

Evaluate marketing needs

as the project transitions through lifecycles

Participate in weekly Marketing project progress meetings

Additional marketing duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications

You must already have the

right to work in the UK .

Bachelor’s degree with a focus on

business and marketing

preferred

Have acquired 5-7 years of marketing experience, representing

high-end luxury real estate

or similar industry.

Experience of

partnering and/or working with sales teams

and knowledge of

construction, architecture and design

would be a plus

Computer literate in

Microsoft Office

(PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and

Adobe Creative Suite

(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as

Apple products and services

Experience using

CRM and e-mail marketing platforms

such as Oracle or Salesforce

Track record of

producing and presentation of marketing assets

in a fast-paced and

agile environment

Demonstrated

marketing campaign success

across channels such as e-mail and experiential marketing
