EssentialWe are looking for a

Senior Graphic Designer

to take our brand to new heights. In this role, you will work closely with the team to design the expression of the Ritual brand while upholding high standards across all channels and platforms. You will create innovative work that supports business and brand objectives.What You'll Do:Design with a capital 'D':

Collaborate with the team to drive the brand through brand-building work that is creative, culture-forward, sustainable, and efficient.Concept and craft:

Actively contribute to all stages of the creative process, from concept to execution.Multimedia design:

Design for different media and channels—print (collateral, direct mail, packaging), screen (social content and templates, email, ads, PDPs, presentations), and experiential (activations, environmental graphics/identity/signage, swag/apparel).Champion creativity:

Contribute to a culture of innovation via dialogue and work infused with creativity.Keep work on track:

Manage yourself and communicate with project managers and creative colleagues to meet briefs and deadlines.Who You Are:Experienced Graphic Designer:

A current, diverse portfolio of real, produced design work that expresses innovation and experience building top lifestyle brands is required of all applicants.Experience:

3+ years of design experience, preferably a mix of in-house and agency. Experience building brands across touchpoints, e.g. identities, design systems, campaigns, print, digital product, social media, packaging. Experience with the entire design process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press print processes). Experience with regulatory compliance, content creation, and/or design for sustainability is a plus.Mastery of software:

Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Compensation and Benefits:PAY RANGE: 76K - 130K.Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position.
