Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Sosani Consulting Group, you will be integral in supporting the sales operations and driving new business. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the influencer marketing industry, help acquire and maintain new accounts, and contribute to the growth of our client base. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams, assisting in day-to-day operations, managing client communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns.
Type: Contract
Hourly Rate: $25-35
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and account management teams.
- Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring up-to-date status reports, proposals, and deliverables.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape to assist in new business strategies.
- Assist with influencer casting, project timelines, and campaign logistics.
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Manage internal reporting, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed to network and promote Sosani Consulting Group’s services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interest in sales and influencer marketing, with a desire to grow into a deals-focused role.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or client relations (preferably in a marketing, media, or entertainment agency).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the influencer marketing space.
