$28.50 - $32.00 hourlyKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputationCreate and manage content for various communication channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releasesDraft and edit marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentationsCoordinate and manage media relations, including preparing press kits and handling media inquiriesMonitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategiesCollaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brandingOrganize and coordinate company events, webinars, and press conferencesSkills, Knowledge And Expertise:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong editing and proofreading abilitiesProficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, content management systems)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and project management skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holidaysRetirement plan options (e.g., 401(k))Professional development opportunitiesWellness programs
