will play an important role, sitting at the center of a cross-functional ecosystem, holding responsibility for the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that support events, award programs, webinars/livestreams, custom content, and products.The ideal candidate must be intrinsically collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. will partner with internal teams, including Events, Sales, Editorial, Custom Content, and Creative to ensure marketing programs deliver value to our partners and customers alike.Our Marketing Coordinator must be located near one of our offices in Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago, or New York and be open to working a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities:Drive cross functional coordination to ensure successful execution of campaigns and be responsible for associated reporting.Create, manage and maintain campaign plans in Smartsheet.Develop clear creative briefs for the design team that enable them to effectively create/update campaign assets.Manage the development and review of creative assets, accordingly.Ensure consistency across creative and messaging by collaborating with team members from various departments, including events, sales and editorial.Collaborate with operations colleagues to arrange the effective trafficking of marketing assets via appropriate channels (email, print, digital, web).Track and report on key data points to managers and stakeholders.Optimize marketing plans for webinars and livestreams leveraging performance-based insights to drive improvements, in coordination with Marketing Manager.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support registration and revenue growth across campaigns.Develop and maintain organizational tools to support marketing campaigns, including updating calendars with detailed information, managing audience segmentation lists, and ensuring a centralized, streamlined view of all campaign elements for easy access by the marketing manager and senior manager.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or related field.0-2 years of relevant marketing experience in an assistant coordinator or project management position.Working knowledge and understanding of integrated marketing including channel, creative, operations and brand.Working knowledge of marketing technologies and platforms used to execute and measure campaigns.Excellent professional writing skills with an emphasis on marketing copy.Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and recommend where campaign improvements could be made.Expert project management skills with a strong attention to detail.Deadline driven with ability to complete tasks and deliver quickly.Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, executing in the short term while developing long-term strategies.Self-motivated and results oriented.Ability to effectively manage across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.Preferences:Prior experience in media or publishing industries.Experience using project management software.Experience using ticketing software.Experience writing email content and subject lines.Experience in email testing and optimization.This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay.Pay Transparency Disclosure:The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. The final salary offering will consider a wide range of factors, including experience, accomplishments and location. The salary range provided should not be considered as a salary limit or cap.
