The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our restaurant brand, increase guest engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, digital marketing, and brand management.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the restaurant’s goals and brand vision.Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to reach and engage them effectively.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Brand Management:

Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.Maintain and uphold brand standards in all promotional materials and communications.

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy.Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Content Creation & Management:

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.Develop and oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging.

Public Relations & Events:

Coordinate PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, and influencer partnerships.Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and attract customers.

Guest Engagement:

Develop and manage loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies to enhance the guest experience.Utilize customer feedback and data to drive improvements in marketing strategies and operations.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Identify and manage relationships with key partners, including agencies, vendors, and external consultants.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial terms.Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Hospitality experience preferred.Solid track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and the ability to lead a team in achievement of required objectives.Ability to work long hours and flexible schedules, including some nights, weekends and holidays.Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
