Our client is a dynamic company specializing in outdoor recreational and healthcare products, including OTC brands such as psoriasis and rosacea treatments. Our products are available at major retailers like Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, and Walmart. Over the past four years, we have focused on enhancing our internal processes and building our business with a dedicated marketing team based in Dalton, Georgia.Position Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Asset Administrator to join our team in Niles, IL. This role is integral to supporting our marketing operations by managing internal processes, executing artwork updates, and ensuring seamless document handling. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Illustrator and be comfortable working with project management tools and quality management systems.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Asset Management: Manage internal documentation and monitoring approvals including short, term time-sensitive projects taking the copy from Adobe Illustrator and transferring into Microsoft Word/Excel. Not creating copy.Document Handling: Upload marketing documents to Workzone and ensure proper documentation and quality management.Reporting: Assist with monthly reporting and maintain accurate records.Team Support: Collaborate with a marketing team of six and interface with marketing operations in Georgia, tech development, and quality groups.Invoice Processing: Handle invoice processing and ensure timely and accurate management of financial documents.Top Skills:Adobe Illustrator: Experience with Adobe Illustrator for artwork management.Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Workzone or similar project management tools.Quality Management Systems: Comfort with quality management systems and reporting tools.Requirements:Experience: 1-2 years in a related field, with a willingness to train for the right candidate.Skills: Strong computer skills, familiarity with Adobe products, and a solid understanding of internal process management.Work Environment: Ability to work in an office setting with potential for hybrid work.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.00-$30.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
