Silver Branch is synonymous with Gemütlichkeit—a sense of warmth and camaraderie that lifts spirits and provides a welcoming atmosphere.Social Media Coordinator Job DescriptionThe Social Media Coordinator will support the marketing team in developing and implementing outreach and promotional campaigns that boost engagement and increase revenue. This is a part-time role with the expectation of 15 to 20 hours per week on-site. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Events Coordinator, Digital Marketing Manager, and Art Director to generate compelling content that meets business needs.Assist with the design and execution of social media campaignsPlan and adhere to monthly and weekly social media calendarTrack social media engagement and identify high-performing ideas and conceptsAssist with influencer campaign strategyRespond to comments and DMsCreate and edit short-form video contentEnsure consistent brand messagingPrepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by executive managementPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of social media trends and current best practices2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/social media marketingImpeccable oral and written communication skillsMastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap and Google+Knowledge of social media analytics software and toolsExperience with content management systems (such as Hootsuite and Loomly), graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Create Suit) and image/video editing softwareBachelor’s degree in digital communications or related field such as advertising or Journalism preferredGoal-oriented with ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity, critical thinking, good judgment, sense of urgency and honestyPhysical RequirementsAbility to traverse all parts of the restaurant on a slick uneven surfaceProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of timeAvailable to work a variety of hours including weekends
