Brand Designer

to drive the creative evolution of the #1 edibles brand. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of visual strategies across a diverse range of design projects, including but not limited to branding collateral, digital marketing campaigns, website design, trade marketing materials, email templates, and sales presentations. You will collaborate closely with clients and marketing teams to ensure that all designs embody our brand’s essence and messaging.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Crafting innovative visual concepts and designs that align with the brand’s identity and fulfill the needs of clients and marketing teams.Partnering with marketing and design teams to ensure designs accurately reflect the brand’s visual identity is consistent and effectively communicated across all channels.Conducting research on current design trends and staying abreast of new technologies and techniques.Managing multiple high-priority design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.Providing insight and guidance to other designers on the team to enhance brand vision.Actively participating in team meetings and contributing insights on design-related topics and projects.Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are produced to Wyld’s high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To excel in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a brand design role. A well-established portfolio or experience can be used in lieu of education.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other software to perform daily job duties.A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and illustration styles and techniques, along with an understanding of Brand presentation.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.Superior time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.If you are not a California resident or applying to an open role in the state of California please skip this section:Wyld CCPA for CA ApplicantsPlease review and be prepared to answer a few questions about the above notice at the end of the application.Compensation:$80,000 - $95,000 a year
