Environmental Brand Designer

This role is for an active contributor to the work, culture & success of a creative agency with aspirations to create world-class design that sparks change for the better.In this role, you will help drive our branded experience discipline. You’re someone who understands how to take a brand story and express it within the physical world. You’re naturally curious about architecture, furniture, materials and textures.Work closely with your Creative Director to become a key driver of any project you’re working onMaintain a level of creative excellence strategically and executionallyWork well with your program and account managers to help define and then deliver within the parameters of any team project (time, scope, resource)Be responsible for the quality and completeness of any work that you and your team put out into the worldBe an antenna for outside inspiration, bringing new thinking & ideas into the studio2+ years in an agency setting as environmental/3D designerA critical thinker bringing a distinct point of view that challenges and inspires us all to be betterAn expert in your craft in both theory and executionFully aware of the needs of our clients, their ask, and how to flexibly work with them to deliver transcendent solutionsAn excellent communicator and presenter, making the complex feel simple by providing distinct and meaningful solutions for our partnersSelf-motivated to grow– actively seeking ‘better’ through new skills, tools and experiencesFluent with environmental design tools like Sketchup, Enscape, (or similar rendering tools), spec drawings and the likeAbout Mega
