The right person must have a finger on the pulse of technology, style, sport, culture, media and a whole host of other interests that inform their ideas and their designs. You have a proven track record of driving experiences in a wide range of media from initial concept to final hand-off, and can communicate your vision clearly and with confidence.

ResponsibilitiesProven ability to design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries. We want to know you can move from one client to the next without stumbling.Translate brand strategy, business goals, cultural narratives, and consumer insights into compelling concepts.Introduce bold styles that meet business objectives.Understand that consumers' time is limited and platform constraints are always a concern, and you build your concepts accordingly.Ability to communicate with both internal teams and clients.Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, often while working independently.Concept campaign-level experiences and see the work through from ideation to execution.Be the design leader on cross-functional project teams, adding artful enhancements to multi-channel campaigns.Design strategically. Adapt your style to meet brand partner needs. Explain your approach and design thinking to teammates and clients in presentations and reviews.

Qualifications8+ Years of design experience with various media.Senior-level creative agency or brand experienceSought after as a natural mentor to junior or other members of the team.Exceptional digital skills with a demonstrated proficiency across applications like Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other creative tools.You understand mediums and platforms, and how video, motion, sound, and other deliverables best live across channels.Self-starting difference-maker with proven interpersonal, effective presentation, and communication skills.You have an execution-led mindset and demonstrated experience thinking beyond the campaign to design moments that matter.Ability to make the complex simple.DetailsCandidates should be located in or around Portland, Oregon, and are happy to join us office via a hybrid approach.The salary band for this role is $90,000-$105,000.We provide a competitive benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching, 401k loans, health, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, paid paternity and maternity leave, and more.Relocation package available if applicable.To ApplyClick the link below to submit your resume, relevant links that demonstrate your skills and interests, and to tell us a little bit about yourself.*No recruiters, please.The Program is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
