Marketing/Communications Specialist

This role is hybrid on site in Dallas, TXOur B2B client is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team!This freelance-to-full-time opportunity begins at 20 hours per week, increasing to 30 hours after two weeks, and 40 hours after another two weeks.The role starts fully remote and will transition to a hybrid work model in the Dallas region in 2025In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing innovative messaging strategies that enhance brand recognition. Responsibilities for the Marketing/Communications Specialist include but are not limited to:Creating compelling content for web and social media platforms to engage target audiencesManaging and optimizing the company’s social media presenceCollaborating with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materialsDeveloping and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, track performance, and assess ROIExecuting internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organizationThe ideal Marketing/Communications Specialist will have:Experience creating B2B content across various platforms, including social mediaStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and social media marketing expertiseExcellent verbal, public speaking, and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is preferredSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Shannon.Scheetz@jobalert.creativecircle.com
