Learn more at www.tripleringtech.com.Marketing Communications Manager — Location: Newark, CAJob SummaryThe Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager is responsible for executing on marketing strategies that effectively promote Triple Ring’s offerings across all business lines and that help the company achieve its revenue and growth goals. The Marcom Manager will have a natural talent for marketing and sales, be responsible for the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, and services promotion. This role will be communicating with Triple Ring’s target markets, clients, strategic partners, and internal team. Central to the role will be executing on existing plans for content marketing and account based marketing (ABM). The position will leverage modern tools, including HubSpot and SalesForce CRMs, and contact and enrichment databases to efficiently drive market awareness and engagement. The Marcom Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership, our Design Director, and technical teams to develop a robust content generation process that feeds all marketing activities.ResponsibilitiesExecution of Triple Ring’s broad digital marketing strategyCollaborate with leadership and commercial team to understand, develop, and manage corporate messaging and brandingManage ad campaigns, press releases, and other communications with the public, media, and internal teamCreate and drive the creation of high-quality content including case studies, sales tools, blog posts and website content, whitepapers, and press releasesPlanning and execution of nurture and drip campaigns through HubSpot platformMaintain content calendar to ensure timely, effective, and consistent content deliveryDevelop and maintain currency of Triple Ring corporate website and LinkedIn pagePlanning and execution of LinkedIn Ad campaignsMonitor, analyze, and track ROI of campaigns to optimize results and achieve marketing objectivesDay to day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the HubSpot platformResponsible for reporting the CRM health to leadership and ensuring action to keep the data health highDrive, plan, and coordinate Triple Ring sponsored events to amplify messagingLead special projects as neededEducation, Experience and SkillsBS/BA degree in science or engineering field required5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical device, or life science related companies, professional services industry a plusAttention to detail balanced with creativityAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesHubSpot CRM and Salesforce CRM experienceHistory of developing content and driving market awareness and customer engagementUnderstanding of healthcare products and services at a technical and marketing levelExperience with social media marketing using LinkedIn and experience with Google Ad campaigningAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniquesStrong listening skills, excellent English language written, and oral communications requiredProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, WordInnate team player/collaborator, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, creative, proactive, and strong work ethic are requiredAbility to work onsite in Newark, CA at least 3 days per weekAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeOur benefit program includes: flexible time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match, bonus, equity, a variety of medical, dental and vision plan options, and more.The annual salary range for jobs which are performed in US, California is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and work location.This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which requires working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and 1-day of your choice.
