The Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Beak & Skiff and 1911 Established brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, consumer insights, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in driving brand growth and engagement.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the overall business strategy, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Brand Management:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity for Beak & Skiff and 1911 Established. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website management. Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and track performance. Actively participate in weekly sales calls.Content Creation:

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling content, including promotional materials, advertisements, videos, and more.Event Marketing:

Plan and execute events, promotions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with brand values and business goals.Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a brand manager and social media strategist (two direct reports).Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Collaboration with 1911 National Sales Team:

Work closely with the 1911 National Sales Team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Develop and support sales materials, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape sales strategies and improve product positioning.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.3-5 years minimum experience in marketing for a brand required.Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a marketing team or cross-functional team, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with co-workers and vendors in a professional manner.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals.Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.Mental Requirements:Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, communicating effectively with team, customers and coworkers, using a computer terminal, reading and writing.Physical Exertion:Light work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
