Join us in our commitment to fostering connection, spreading hope, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of family caregivers and their loved ones.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our brand awareness initiatives at CaringBridge. As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing full funnel marketing activations to elevate the visibility and impact of the CaringBridge brand, mission, and vision.A successful candidate will lean into their intellectual curiosity in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns and will be passionate about driving measurable results.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple deliverables to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.Manage and create supporting campaign collateral.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall goals and mission.Implement omni-channel marketing plans to support the organization’s mission, goals, and initiatives, including social media, email, website content, and print.Identify key audiences and success measures.Use data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and iterate based on the data to improve outcomes.Content creationWrite, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various mediums.Manage and edit photography, illustrations, logos and brand elements.Social media and website managementManage the organization's social media presence, including content calendar management, creative and post content, and data analysis to measure effectiveness.Update website content for CaringBirdge.org in a timely manner based on content planning using our Contentful CMS and future visual editors.Monitor market trends and CaringBridge in the pressStay current on marketing trends and adapt the marketing strategy as needed.Manage and build tracking of key industry influencers and messages in the media.Support relationships with marketing vendors and partners often as main POC for assets and requests.Budget alignmentAlign efforts with the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
