Beyond raising awareness, our Marketing teams build lasting, trusted relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders to ensure patients can receive the treatments they need.

This person will develop an annual product marketing plan and execute to effectively market Edwards existing products to constituents including Edwards's sales representatives, clinicians and hospital administrators.

How you'll make an impact:Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials, and deliver sales force trainingDevelop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies using established brand guidelines and proceduresCollaborate with marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirementsCollaborate with regional marketing and demand planning (Irvine) to clarify demand forecasts for manufacturing and sales operationsLead sections of projects for the Congress Management processManage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution processDrive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholdersDevelop product and kit labels required for regional product approvalsResponsible for other activities including CAPA duties, KOL engagement, and MarcomOther incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience

Master's Degree with 1 year of experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry (Preferred)

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $83,000 to $117,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
