The Marketing Production Creator works with the Marketing and Brand Manager to create and execute branded video, graphic, digital, photographic, and motion content. This is achieved through ideation, writing, shooting, and editing projects to improve the organization’s competitive position and penetration of target markets for WFAA products and brands. They handle both external and internal marketing projects and campaigns, interpreting and following strategic plans and creative briefs to create marketing assets.Responsibilities:

Maintains writing, producing, designing, shooting (videography and photography), coordinating, sound production, and video editing skills with new technology - 55%Creates strategic marketing projects that are aligned with the WFAA Brand - 15%Collaborates with internal departments (such as news) to ensure brand alignment with content - 10%Conceptualizes, develops, executes, and deploys marketing assets for WFAA brands and products - 10%Identifies and recommends external marketing, social platforms, and digital opportunities - 10%Requirements:

BA or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of experience in marketingStellar knowledge in professional HD/4K videography equipment, including DSLRs & high-end cinema cameras - creative lighting techniques, audio mixing, and motion graphic design.Skilled editor with Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsApple: iWork: Pages, Numbers, & Keynote.Ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to utilize data research to make tough and strategic decisionsAbility to interact productively and positively with fellow employeesAbility to manage multiple activities and prioritize deadlinesAbility to collaborate with internal personnel and external partners and apply strategic thinkingAbility to identify clear priorities and meet departmental, company, and corporate goalsWork continually toward self-development.Recommend external marketing opportunities to sample to new audiences.Ability to pitch and present concepts and campaigns to key clientsAbility to write, shoot, edit, and produce quality contentRecommend equipment and hardware purchases for the Marketing DepartmentPerforms other duties as directed by the Marketing DirectorAttends offsite company functions when appropriate/necessaryBenefits:
