The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) will lead the marketing strategy, campaign planning and direct the execution of work by collaborating with the internal MarCom department, agency partners and key leadership of the cancer service line. The Integrated Marketing Manager will ensure we are focused on key priorities with a deep understanding of digital channels to develop an integrated marketing plan to reach business unit goals.

Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and streamline messaging in our brand voice to consistently reach business unit goals to include reaching new patients and engaging existing patients.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on omni-channel plans, measurement plans and areas of opportunity, regularly presenting recommendations, plans and results to senior leaders.Serve as brand steward to ensure we are protecting and promoting our brand in all channels; collaborate with content team and service line leaders to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.Continually analyze our digital performance to optimize media mix according to our goals.Identify areas where messaging, reach and patient experience can be optimized and lead the change through coordination of several departments.Collaborate with Communications team to ensure that messaging is developed and implemented for external media opportunities to include media outreach strategies and plans which drive business priorities.Regularly review website content, SEO opportunities and collaboration with our digital team to optimize experiences and streamline digital touchpoints for our patients.Write creative briefs and marketing strategies to guide our agency, digital and media partners on execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns.Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration in marketing campaigns; look for opportunities to leverage partners within and outside of the organization.Develop and lead execution of email campaigns to nurture new or existing patient base, drive conversations and leverage segmentation to personalize messaging.As needed, support service line physicians when they are leveraged for media interviews.Convene multidisciplinary team including creative services, digital marketing, market research, media relations, internal communications, physician relations, and agency partners as appropriate to develop collaborative, multi-target and omni-channel marketing plans.Drive all decisions and recommendations through data; monitor the performance of campaigns, and report out to leadership and service line to share insights and optimize performance of campaigns.May perform other duties as assigned.

Additional RequirementsExperience:

5 years (8 years preferred) of experience in Marketing, digital marketing or related field (healthcare experience preferred).Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, digital marketing or related field.
