You have at least 5 years of experience developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.You are experienced in Marketing at a SaaS company, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment.You have a proven track record of success in growth marketing or demand generation roles.You have experience leading enterprise demand generation strategies, performance marketing techniques, and developing content strategy.You have hands-on execution experience in marketing campaigns across various channels.You possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.How you'll contribute to the team:You will build a sustainable, scalable, repeatable growth and demand generation engine that helps lead EverTrue to the next stage of growth.You will build and coach a team handling demand marketing, events marketing, account-based marketing, and more.You will develop a plan and programs to support growth across segments, from an ABM strategy in Enterprise to a high-velocity strategy downmarket.You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to execute on EverTrue's overall marketing strategy and goals.You will develop holistic content programs across diverse channels (content, email, digital ads, social, events), optimizing toward the highest performing and pipeline converting channels.You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance and continue building best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities.Why you'll love to join our team:We offer competitive compensation, the range for this role is $130K - $140K, we also cover 80% of your healthcare premium, we're a remote first environment with no plans to return to office, and our best happiness and well-being perks are valued at $25K.Take a True Adventure on us, after your first year we'll give you $2,000 to go on vacation, and enjoy your True Birthday, where you'll get your birthday off, and EverTrue will donate to a charity of your choice.Develop yourself with our True Growth perk which allows you a stipend to invest in yourself personally and professionally.When it comes to work-life balance, we offer discretionary time off, 12 holidays, 8 sick days, half-day summer Fridays, a recharge week at the end of the year, and monthly Flex Fridays.We want to ensure that you are excited, happy, and find fulfillment in your work.
