Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Responsibilities:

Own and implement comprehensive growth strategies and processes that support the go-to-market strategy and overall business/revenue goals.Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Content, Digital, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Enablement teams to develop and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with key business priorities, brand, and client needs.Develop success metrics for campaigns and analyze and report on campaign progress, optimization, return on investment, and customer acquisition cost.Own, test, and develop new customer acquisition channels.Optimize conversion rates through the new business and upsell funnels in collaboration with sales and marketing operations, improving hand off at every stage to maximize pipeline creation.Research and analyze current acquisition and retention strategies, using customer input to inform strategy.Stakeholder management – work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure plans and projects are aligned and communicated accordingly.Manage marketing budget allocation and collaborate with external agencies/vendors to facilitate solutions ideal for success.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading a marketing function focused on growth/demand generation (including oversight of a small/mid-sized team) with a proven ability to direct work, identify problems and solutions, and identify dependencies and downstream impact.Majority of previous experience in B2B SaaS marketingPreferred previous experience in healthcare.Extensive experience with Salesforce/Pardot and preferred previous experience with Salesloft, Demandbase, Qualified, and/or Wrike (or similar platforms).

Data and performance driven with the ability to understand and analyze data crucial to creating a growth strategyCritical thinking skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to build a strategyProven success in delivering measurable results (leveraging diverse channels ranging from digital to events) that support sales and brand-building priorities, and managing budget based on KPIs.Demonstrated experience owning and executing a growth strategy to drive tangible results across teams.Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, prospective clients, and team members within the department and across functions.
