Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeThe Digital Marketing Manager will develop integrated digital marketing initiatives that align with the Immunodiagnostic division's overarching marketing and communication objectives.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product marketing and marketing communications to enhance customer engagement on digital platforms, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience, while maintaining brand standards and messaging goals. The core focus of this position is to drive campaigns targeted at Clinicians and laboratorians within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) space.Highly qualified candidates possess a strong foundation in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, covering domains such as CRM, website, marketing automation, email, advanced search strategies, and social media.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the development of digital strategy through content creation and distribution.Create comprehensive digital plans for awareness, demand generation, and retention campaigns with clearly defined measurable objectives.Lead digital tactics, including SEO/SEM, online advertising, email marketing, social media, blogs, Google AdWords, and UX.Engage in persona development and journey mapping exercises with cross-functional teams and support the creation of tactical integrated communication plans that align with the customer journey.Develop and formulate detailed strategies for Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns that align with the overall customer journey map, ensuring that the right content is delivered to our customers at each stage in their decision journey.Support all elements of the corporate website to add & update content and build new website landing pages while adhering to branding standards & guidelines.Collaborate with external agencies when necessary for digital advertising.A/B test campaigns to optimize content and provide insights around analysis.Set Digital Marketing analytics standards and reporting for all digital initiatives.Analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize performance and report insights.Act as a thought leader by sharing knowledge and best practices with both internal and external teams.Education, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or another relevant field.5+ years of overall marketing and communications experience.2+ years driving customers through a digital decision journey in a B2B environment.Preferred experience in corporate environments (IVD, Medical Device, Healthcare) or at a digital marketing agency.Proven track record of successfully executing digital demand generation programs.Demonstrated ability to establish measurable objectives (KPIs) for campaigns and a proactive approach to providing optimization recommendations to the marketing team.Show ability to be a self-starter and independent worker, allowing for continual learning & growth in order to successfully fulfill job requirements, and also in collaboration with various teams.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation abilities.Capable of managing multiple programs concurrently.Proficiency with marketing cloud platforms and expertise in developing cloud-based email journeys.Demonstrate graphic design experience with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator and understanding digital image formats.Experience using CMS such as WordPress and Drupal.Demonstrate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.*Hybrid position, expectation to be in 3 days per week.What we offerReceive a competitive salary and benefits package as you grow your career at Diasorin.
