We specialize in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and sensitive contextual design. We are seeking to hire a
full-time Marketing Associate
to help continue the successful growth of our firm. This position is salary pay with opportunities to advance your professional career.Our ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is highly motivated, technically proficient, organized, a team player with a “can do” attitude, and has previous experience in a similar role(s).Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent demonstrated experienceMust have the ability to work well with others, especially department managers, project managers, and anyone involved in business development effortsQualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonalAbility to operate under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in technology & computers (i.e., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
Proficiency in InDesign is preferred
Responsibilities:
Make direct contacts with leads, prospects, and clients (both potential & current)Maintain an organized filing system for proposals, including databasesConduct grant research/opportunities, create & catalog information in a databaseRespond promptly to RFQ/RFPs & coordinate consultant informationHelp coordinate interviews and presentationsRepresent the firm through membership in professional organizations and at conferences, career fairs, etc.Update and file standardized government formsCheck for potential projects/leads and coordinate with Design Director and PrincipalPut together project information for various marketing usesCoordinate professional photography sessionsPerform any other related marketing, communication, administrative, and research tasks as required by the Design Director / PrincipalWe offer an excellent benefits package that includes paid time off, health/life/disability insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, professional organization memberships, and continuing education opportunities.
