Corptax Content Specialist

Curriculum Content SpecialistRemoteMonday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmWe are seeking a Curriculum Content Specialist to develop high-quality training content related to Corptax software. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Corptax, familiar with user roles within the software, and have tax technical knowledge. Candidates should be self-motivated with effective communication skills. This position is primarily responsible for content generation and database updates, but may also be asked to facilitate training sessions.Some of the things you will be doing :Develop and maintain training content for session documentation, online help, and e-learning modules.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly content.Create and update training content and our Corptax training database to reflect the latest software features, updates, and best practices.Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to continuously improve training materials and methods.Work closely with the training team to align content with training objectives and delivery methods.Assist with session content for our annual conference.Assist with maintenance of Project Management system (currently NetSuite).What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA and/or Masters in Tax strongly preferred3+ years’ experience with Corptax softwareStrong understanding of Corptax software and tax technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
