Senior Graphic Designer

who confidently creates visual narratives across print and digital media. The ideal candidate can collaborate deeply with a team of marketing professionals, develop creative concepts that engage various B2C and B2B audience targets, and translate ideas to effective brand communications that inspire action. Working with multiple teams across the company, this person should be able to convert data, insights and ideas into energizing designs that serve a clear business purpose and adhere to our brand style guide. This role must have a thorough understanding of business branding, marketing, messaging hierarchy, communicating information and calls-to-action in a thoughtful manner, and finding the optimal combination of copy and imagery to deliver stand-out work that drives results.The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute various marketing materials, including print collateral (brochures, flyers, in-center signage, point of sale signage, sales tools, advertising, etc.) and digital media (emails, social media creative, advertising, short-form video edits, website headers and content updates, etc.). This role is responsible for owning and managing all creative assets and ensuring accuracy of content, as well as files for production and that all specs/requirements are met.Candidates should be able to work efficiently and expeditiously. Also requires strong design/layout ability and comp skills, ability to synthesize and incorporate feedback, and proactive idea generation are a must. Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required. The Graphic Designer must be energized by a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding internal team and customer expectations.Essential Job DutiesLeads development and execution of sales and marketing materials, branded collateral, print and digital creative.Assists with creation of presentation materials.Designs materials following established brand guidelines.Implements revisions as requested to production art files in a timely manner to gain client approval.Versions approved artwork based on messaging/audience variations and media specifications.Attends team/agency status meetings and provides updates on projects, timelines and deliverables.Ability/Skills/KnowledgeSupports the Director of Integrated Marketing in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives to meet targets related to revenue, profitability, and market share.Expert knowledge of Adobe CS, HTML, and website CMS experience.Excellent design/layout skills, with ability to integrate copy, imagery and other design elements into cohesive communication.Aids in creating and distributing marketing and promotional materials, working across various departments.Ability to perform video and photo editing.Knowledge in creative asset management.Assists in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Ability to translate complex messaging into audience-friendly designs.Strong attention to detail, ability to proof and correct work independently, and collaborate well within function and cross functionally.Performs additional duties as needed to support Caliber's overall goals and objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
