The Sr. Account-Based Marketing Manager will accelerate Fictiv’s growth through different styles of targeted, account-based marketing, driving incremental revenue and new user acquisition for the company.You will report to the VP, Growth Marketing.What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for Fictiv’s ABM from strategy to execution and collaborate closely with sales to develop and analyze segment research to inform learnings and future strategiesPrioritize and deploy the proper ABM tactics to the target market to maximize ROIOwn the end-to-end marketing for the identified segments, and work directly with the rest of the marketing team to develop a marketing plan and generate relevant contentResponsible for the tracking and reporting out of its marketing efforts across the broader team and to upper managementDesired Traits

5+ years of B2B ABM marketing experience; business degree preferredExperience in manufacturing space a plusExpert at 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 types of ABM marketingWell versed in A/B testing and experience executing themExperience building insightful and actionable dashboards and reportsGreat track record of building high level strategies and executing themData oriented and a creative, strategic, and critical thinkerExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsStrong project management abilities and able to hit deadlines on multiple simultaneous projectsThrives in a fast paced start-up environment, and is comfortable with ambiguityPerks and Benefits
