GRAPHIC DESIGNER, PIT+PADDOCK
This role is only eligible for hybrid/remote flexibility within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
Overview:
Based in Horsham, PA, Pit+Paddock is an athlete management and marketing agency, online magazine, and division of Turn 14 Distribution, an award-winning national warehouse distributor which sells vehicles, parts, and accessories into the automotive and powersports aftermarkets exclusively through the business-to-business channel. The ideal graphic design candidate will have a passion for design and the automotive industry, which will translate into engaging print and digital designs for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a variety of visually engaging print and digital designs that effectively convey the intended message.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate concepts and determine strategy.Work with Creative Leadership to create dynamic and consistent design solutions.Own work through all phases of the project – concept, development, refinement, production.Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining an exceptional standard of work.Develop consistent visual voice across all materials.Ensure timely and efficient completion of all work while following established procedures and maintaining strict file organization.Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a relevant field.2-4 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that reflects both your experience and future potential.Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Positive response to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn.Meticulous attention to detail when finalizing designs.The ability to clearly articulate your design rationale and evoke excitement with your recommendations.You thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot frequently.Approach challenges with solution-oriented thinking.Advanced knowledge of printing practices and production techniques.Ability to effectively communicate with business partners at all levels.Personal passion and interest of the automotive and powersports industries.Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
